Manifesting Growth and Global Expansion (IE Singapore Grant)
Business Issue: The Brand Identity has not changed since founding and was no longer representative of the brand status. The expansion over the years also mean that there was a lack of consistency for brand manifestation across divisions and countries.
Process: Our comprehensive audit process using interviews, focus groups and research led to a repositioning of the brand for clarity. This clarity and definition was further distilled into a revamped global organsational chart and positioning, from which a new logo was created. The logo was deliberately kept to the founding colours of yellow and grey and created in 3D visual to represent the nature of the business – from environments to experience.
Results: Branding and a new identity completed the company’s strategic intent to grow and expand their business more aggressively beyond exhibition services globally.
